When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pq999 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

pq999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, including source-of-funds verification, on any account at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC or enhanced due diligence checks within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed.

All financial transactions on the pq999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pq999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and debit card. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the pq999 cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your pq999 Account in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being initiated. pq999 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match the identity details on your pq999 Account.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed all applicable KYC verification steps before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any Bonus Balance wagering requirements must be fully met before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• pq999 reserves the right to apply additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds before processing.

• pq999 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

pq999 is not responsible for delays in transactions caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages beyond our direct control.

pq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all pq999 promotions include:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible Account, per household, and per shared device or IP address, unless otherwise specified.

In respect of sports betting, the following general rules apply:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pq999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one pq999 Account, whether under your own name or the identity of another person.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity documentation during registration or KYC.

All content on the pq999 Platform — including but not limited to the pq999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pq999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pq999.

pq999 collects and processes personal data from registered users in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.
